My mum has a habit of whispering at the volume which most people would consider to be a shout. It leads to frequent for me!

On the "this isn't a weight loss thread" note, I am fast approaching a weight I was several years ago (my heaviest). This must and will be reversed.

Gym session yesterday, cycle to (and from) work today AND a Body Conditioning class at lunchtime. Shame about the (small) slice of carrot cake though. But in my defence it was Weight Watchers carrot cake
Only a week to go before I pick up my orthotics. Then I can plod again
Had a funny turn last night when training - awful belly pains. At first I thought it was too many situps but now wonder if it is a bug.
But a night of immodium, boiled water and bed at 9 seems to hav done the trick so I reckon I can swim this moning.

fab weight loss, flr although getting a little rounder at the edges is a sign of contentment I hope one day I'll be the size of a sofa
If that's true, Yums, I must be very happy indeed. Though I suspect mine is more comfort related.
Cycled in to work again today. I am rubbish at cycling but it costs next to nothing, is better for the environment and if I keep trying, perhaps I'll get better at it?
