On the "this isn't a weight loss thread" note, I am fast approaching a weight I was several years ago (my heaviest). This must and will be reversed.

Gym session yesterday, cycle to (and from) work today AND a Body Conditioning class at lunchtime. Shame about the (small) slice of carrot cake though. But in my defence it was Weight Watchers carrot cake
Only a week to go before I pick up my orthotics. Then I can plod again
