Ran 0.92 miles according to my Garmin. Was meant to be 1 mile but lost the path at the end.

This is my way of getting back into running...

Week 1 7 days of 1 mile
Week 2 4 days adding .25 mile each day. 3 days of 2 miles
Week 3 adding 1 mile over the week
Week 4 adding 2 miles over the week

Week 5 feel like a runner so go to proper running schedule!

Shoooooooz? I still have a pair of Saucony Grid Omnis.... they have a few miles left in them as they've not really been used.

I am poor as a little church mouse at the moment, so no NOOOOOOO SHOOOOOOOOZ for me for a while.

also Grid Omnis, with plenty of age but few miles done in them, Aldi socks and lycra budgie smugglers, and techie tops from TK Maxx

I must get to Aldi when they have their next r*nning gear extravaganza .... all my r*nning gear is about 4 sizes too small.... good thing your feet don't change that much eh?!
