Did he put in a membrane? Or was he one of those that just injects a liquid?

I've been referred to the Vitality Exercise Referral Scheme as my exercise levels are pretty well non-existent since I wrecked my ankle. I hope they're not expecting miracles as I can't walk far, cycling upsets my knees and rowing upsets my elbows. Not a lot left for me to do then

Maybe pilates or swimming may help? Walking too?

I can't walk - this is the problem. I can on a good day do a quarter of a mile with one stop.

The Vitality Exercise scheme is gym based and I've had a chat with the staff already so they have an idea of the problem.

I can go swimming but wanted an alternative for school holidays - unfortunately it's taken until the end of the holidays to get things organised. Never mind, half term will be here soon enough.
