Heeeellllloooooo Plodpals

Been thinking of you a lot lately but never seem to remember to post when online - whoops :-/

Ummm, my update - baby in my picture is now Miss 4, and I have added Master 1.5.

Not plodding, in fact haven't been exercising consistently since Master 1.5 arrived, and I **need** to, trying to get back in pilates at home as starting point

I'm now living near my family in Staffs, and we lost our Aged M earlier in the year, but apart from that I'm still DHHing and sniging like mad. Not plodding though

Horrible news for you and the family. Hope all the treatment works.

I was involved in a 5 car crash this evening. I'm basically OK but my car isn't. I haven't plodded since I broke and dislocated my ankle almost 2 years ago.

Lovely night out at Diner's Delight last night with shop people - it's a greasy spoon by day and does Turkish at night for half the week - including a belly dancer. And yes - I did get up and have a go

lol yes I did think about you, and apart from the little moment of self-pity last night I actually feel great dry and had THE BEST night out on Wednesday on orange juice and water
