i'd planned on a 30 min plod at lunchtime, but my dinner last night consisted solely of cheese and beer, so now I'm hungover and have 12 different cheeses curdling in my stomach. might leave the plod til i get home.

Ooh cheese! I had stilton soup last night, def not on the diet plan but vey nice especially when accompanied by a nice cider. OOPS

my plod was going to be this morning, then at lunch time, now itll be this evening lol

ran home 5 miles tonight rather than cycling. slooooow plod took me 55 mins. trying to focus on getting miles up and keeping intensity low, as I'm led to believe this is the most effective way to improve aerobic fitness.
