Irreverant chat and daily training
ran home 5 miles tonight rather than cycling. slooooow plod took me 55 mins. trying to focus on getting miles up and keeping intensity low, as I'm led to believe this is the most effective way to improve aerobic fitness.
Out again tonight, it is getting slowly easier, i think lol
Ok, we are officailly on the fundraising trail now
alternatively, if anyone fancies joining us for a little plod and beer north of the border...
