plodded P5 W2 x 5 - 2.5 miles covered
I'm doing a sort of modified fast-track beginner's schedule until I get up to 30 mins plodded
stamina obviously an issue but I'm not afraid of my foot any more

went plodding at 7.30 this morning - just me and a couple of other runners in the park, did 4.5 miles buggered up my stopwatch though so no idea how long it took me! never mind.

Nowt wrong with earlies, I loved them in Glasgow. Up at 4:30 and out for 6. Can't do it anymore due to early morning stiffness. But when Dan's away I may sneak a couple in......
