First proper plod in what must be 18 months. 3.6k in 33 mins...I'm a perspiring wreck! Can't wait to get the data off my HRM as I think my HB was a little high; should be interesting viewing against my cycling data. Back is very sore now semi think I'll be treating myself to a swim and sauna in the morning. Just have to get the confidence to go out in daylight ours at some poit
