Back from bike - lovely mild day with a hint of sun now and again and precious little wind which is unusual - 26.65 miles @ 12.4 mph which is about right for the cyclocross bike, however really feeling the lack of biking in my lower neck / shoulders....or rather the trapezius and rhomboideus minor

I have spent the best part of £50 on a 'universal laptop adaptor'. It has allowed me to get the battery recharged but the connection is very loose so I think it will be going back - as will the stuff I got (from the nearby pet shop) to stop Alfie chewing as the spray doesn't work!

I have tesco'd, HC has also had a visit to the vet for his jabs, this was after we played hide and seek! 

To late for a run so am going to DVD now and try not to scare the neighbours!

2) I was using the pooter while Alfie was chewing the lead! I was so relieved that he had stopped chewing my toes that it took me a while to find out what he was doing . I will consider mustard on his bum if he does it again .

We had chicken in a mushroom and cream sauce along with zucchini stuffed with a a cheesy / herby type mix and mushrooms stuffed with a pesto / sun dried toms / black olives mix drizzled in a dressing of oil, white wine vinegar and dijon mustard...........get me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

However the next 24 hours will be critical as they say in all the best medical dramas...........
