Blimey my arris is painful.

Have been out on bike. Nearly killed myself a couple of times by forgetting how to steer on scary downhill bits next to ditches. Was out so long my garmin died. Didn't see you out there Podds. My legs no longer feel like they work properly, my lungs certainly don't, and I may not be able to sit comfortably for some time. Remind me Mr Noggin, what's so great about cycling???

DL, it's the beginning of March, so you'd be able to do it, then go off on your hollibobs feeling all

was a good training morning about brain developemnt and attachment

a cushion?

I have spent the best part of £50 on a 'universal laptop adaptor'. It has allowed me to get the battery recharged but the connection is very loose so I think it will be going back - as will the stuff I got (from the nearby pet shop) to stop Alfie chewing as the spray doesn't work!

Good god .... Podds and DL on a bike in the same day ????

I think I need a lie down

*plumps M...eldy's pillow*

Shocking isn't it - and me in a swimming pool too for that matter.

have you tried mustard on Alfie's bottom to stop his chewing, sluggy Might distract him at least ;-)

DL - a dyke on a bike - she must be in training for Stratty Tri - sweet. Not sure why Podds would be out on her steed.

I am meeting long lost Larry for coffee tomorrow. I shall take my bike and maybe do a quick loopy loop of the area afters

Give Larry a big squeeze from me

I've gymed and runned (10 cautious mins) and done a bit of rollering and weights and stuff

Sluggy not sure why Alfie is eating stuff like that, perhaps that'll learn you to put it away

How can food shopping be so expensive

The world has gone mad, podds is cooking, DL is cycling, and yums is swimming.  Next you'll be saying Meldy is retiring from running!

I have tesco'd, HC has also had a visit to the vet for his jabs, this was after we played hide and seek!

To late for a run so am going to DVD now and try not to scare the neighbours!

1) My picture has gorn cos I am in hiding.

2) I was using the pooter while Alfie was chewing the lead! I was so relieved that he had stopped chewing my toes that it took me a while to find out what he was doing . I will consider mustard on his bum if he does it again .

03/01/2013 at 22:26
How is mustard on his bum going to stop him chewing!!!!

I have cooked.......

The guests have eaten..........

The guests have just departed...........

...........here's hoping they survive the night!!!!

We had chicken in a mushroom and cream sauce along with zucchini stuffed with a a cheesy / herby type mix and mushrooms stuffed with a pesto / sun dried toms / black olives mix drizzled in a dressing of oil, white wine vinegar and dijon mustard...........get me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

However the next 24 hours will be critical as they say in all the best medical dramas...........

PS - why are you in hiding Sluggy?

03/01/2013 at 22:29

And I even got the "00" with my cooking

Well done!

How come you're eating zucchini and not courgette though?

Need to run tomorrow, got a 10k to train for!
