for joggers, slow runners, run/walkers and newbies
Not that its the done thing but you dont have to join the Union for them to be made aware and to take a look Spence
Ceiling came out cos 2nd attic room was pokey and tiny anyway, and now we have a bed on its own little mezzanine platform thing and a big skylight where we can gaze at the stars... Having a stepladder up to bed does rather make things a little hazardous when slightly tipsy (or sick) though!
Cos its about 12degrees out there! Perfect fly weather
get going Daffs
There may shortly be a Park run locally, I'm looking forward to that
get up and go, Daffy - I would join you bit I'm lame.
A park yun near you would be super, Sue. We have one locally and I've never been. Perhaps I should set that as a target when I'm fit again
LOL at Noggs skiing in his onesie
Awww, sweet puddy tat - would make an adorable play pal for cush......
So, you need Murph closer to home because you want to leep a closer eye on him, m...eldy or is the livery not as good as you would like it to be ?
Drizzly here. Guess I should plant the Christmas tree but first a visit to the local butcher's, bakers and candlesstick makers. Cake orders on the table before I go, please
Fruit tart (one of the 5 a day!!)

Have you gone Daffs!!?

A lazy start to the day for me, now I had better get some breakfast and jump in the bath.
Cake Yums? - I'll have anything gluten free please. And calorie free too please. With lots of fresh cream and strawberries
Daffy! Mind you faced with that climb on the step ladder down the north face of the Eiger, I would have turned over too
Spence, Eccles cakes prolly not as popular here as they are oop norf - flies graveyards as my pa calls em.
On the other hand, Larry, I know my fave bakers in Leigh makes a lovely choklity gluten free slice - I'm working on the calorie free bit but the fat and sugar do seem to be what makes it taste fab - if I take those out....... hands Larry a polystyrene ceiling tile - enjoy
