Cheesy .. there are some nice offroad triathlons you know

Part of my plan working to do a couple Sprints and maybe an Olympic this year, but doing them for me, not to do compete as such. Although I hear the addiction gets worse! MTB + Trail Running + Open water = heaven

I would be quite happy/contented to get midway in my age bracket (21-21+ a few years experience)

oh Cheesy, you've done it now (though it gives the rest of us a breather!)  Sign him up Meldy for a nice little Sprint in Shrewsbury!!!

Well I went for a walk, realised I dont really like the beach near me at night because its too dark, the main beach in paignton is always lit up so I have my kit out ready for tomorrow.

I read an article about not thinking "should I / sharnt I run" just dont think about it.  It worked really well and to be honest my brain is pretty chocka with the "am I hungry" chant!!!

Been online all night looking for holidays, I'm frazzled!!!

Ahh Meldy you've missed a corker this evening!!

I'm going to try the DHB brand as they get top reviews and are a good price.

I have DHB shoes Nogs and have always got on well with them I have to say - also my DHB clothing has been good value for money so far

Good morning

We've already had a month's worth of weather this morning.

Not sure what to run this morning. 8 miles appeal - progressively getting faster. We'll see.

Morning

Not to be outdone by the Daff I did 13.5 hours yesterday. Do I get a certificate or something?

I see Cheesy went quiet after the sinister ironman undertones - silence of the lamb?

((((((((Tubbs and Amandax)))))))))

I feel a bit left out. I don't have a mantra. Do Amazon sell them and if so can anyone recommend one?

Happy Friday hope it's a good one

I am sure we can come up with a mantra for you during the course of the day DL

01/02/2013 at 08:06

Here's an idea for a mantra for DL...

"Chester with Spence"

 "Chester with Spence"

"Chester with Spence"

Happy to help

My name is DL and I am on a train
Constant travelling is such a drain
Home is where I'd really like to be
Even though it reeks of smelly cat pee

Smelly cat pee, smelly cat's piss
Home is the place that I really miss
