Nice 11k tempo interval tonight, got a bit carried away tonight, and averaged a 6.11k pace! one of my better runs so was well pleased! and to think I wasnt going to go and catch up on sleep instead.

Had a lovely walk up the glen with Mr Tubs and Blueberry Muffin :0) There's something nice about walking next to a stream :0) Unless you need a wee!

I've not watched anything about Richard but I find history fascinating, especially the Ancient Egyptians and Greeks ( did they really invent yogurt?!). Love mythology too. A lot of my research has been on WW 1 and 2. The Forgotten Voices books are brilliant, but hard to read, especially the Holocaust one. I made the mistake of watching Schindler's List last night and am still upset.

Two weeks today we'll be landing :0) Fingers crossed I'm 100% by then. Getting there slowly, seems to be one step forward, two steps back. on the plus side i lost 4.5lbs last week :0)

Was indeed on a train yesterday Podds - for about 6.5 hours in total. Always wish I had time to see some of the places I visit. Bury St Noel Edmunds looks quite nice.

What's this about Yums catching a slow monkey and dating it?

We are all very excited here in Leicestershireford. Having a bit of old king in a car park is the most excitement we've had in these parts since Englebert Humperdink came back for a visit. I'm going to dig up the parking space with the letter L and see if I can't find Lord Lucan.

Core Blimey, it's quiet in here today.
It's cold and blowy here but I'm having fun getting paid to pollard willows.
