I normally do it on my MTB Bounce about on downhills, hit tree, stop ... rinse and repeat

I r3/w1 short distances, the app I downloaded trains me to run the whole distance, but 1 - I dont think I ever will and 2 - it'll hurt and thats not what running is about for me

At the moment i'm with Daffs, mainly walk with a few plodds

I started watching the prison programme, how do you rehabilitate people into society who dont want to change???  I cant see any of them holding down a job for min wage.

What if he does a DVD and I get my hypnosis mixed up and start training to eat!

Happy to have found the slow forum

I don't seem to get any faster and I do try!!

I did my first half marathon yesterday - woooo!! Very slowly 2h:51! But when I first started to try and get fit (2 years ago) I started on the rowing machine because it meant I could sit down!!!

It was after weeks of rowing boredom that finally got me to attempt the treadmill where, the first time, I achieved 1 minute walking!! And things progressed from that point!
