Good you're visiting

I wouldn't really want to go over and back on the Friday eve, think Mr Spence would have something to say if I was to stay the two nights!!

But am looking forward to food and drinkies Post race and not having to drive

Evening All

I am ker-nackered

Lovely long 7-hound walk at Fowlmead followed by tea and flapjack sat outside in the sun

then lunch at pal's house

Then 2nd walk of the day, a 5-hound affair along the beach to the cafe at the end of the harbour arm to sit in the sun again and eat ice cream

Home and then forced to go swimming because apparently I ought to do some training before the aquathon next month!!

Now I want nothing more than my HWB and my bed

Nitol and sweet dreams

Night podds!

I appear to have walked a total of 12 miles over today and yesterday - 8 of them today and there was me wondering why I was tired, and why I keep having to have my boots reheeled...

Morning

I have day working from home which means I may be slightly more communicative than of late.

I seem to have lost my mojo. I haven't run for ages. Can't seem to find it in me to get back out there. Still recovering from multiple lurgies so hoping once I am restored I may feel more sprightly.

So....what have I missed?
20/02/2013 at 08:21

We're all going to Stratford, 16th and 17th November, staying in Premier Inn Waterways and watching spence run a half marathon Get yourself booked!

Oh feckity feck - it appears I won't be working from home after all. I shall be driving down to the shires to participate in an Ofsted inspection of one of our projects. what joy a half day's notice inspection brings.

Sorry no time to enter any silly races or anything!

5 am and wide awake! Ruddy time difference!

Major panic on Friday as discovered we may need international driving licences! . Arrived at PO at 5to4, the office closed at 4. Turns out we didn't need them anyway!

And there wasn't any Fling food in til Saturday! All my careful planning was in tatters!

*leaves large pot of coffee*
