enjoy your run Dawnieeee, but take it easy, listen to your body. Stretching is a must if you want to stay in the running game for any length of time, once you make a habit of it, you will see the benefit and your body will thank you by making your running more enjoyable

Today is my Friday
, and I don't have to be back in work until Tuesday! I've been so busy that I've not taken my annual leaves so have some catch up to do. This means a 4 day week for the next month, then a week off, which coincides with the Easter weekend. I'm beginning to appreciate the slower leisurely approach to life 
Having said that, I have a full day today to make sure all is done before my long weekend, so I'd better get on with it!
