Just completed the Tidworth 10k with its backside burning Sidbury hill in 1hr 7min which I am very pleased with. Got a pain in the arch of my right foot though so got a bag of peas on it! x

I have the Grim Challenge (8mile off road) in 4 weeks and then the 10k Santa Run in Portsmouth mid December then the long run into the Tough Guy. Maybe looking tto do a half 10 after that?
