I have 3 raw egg yolks in the fridge from wednesday...still ok to use or should I get rid of them?
Ta - I'll haunt you if your advice proves to be ginzo!
Once cooked, fine.
No problem - add them to omelette, scrambled eggs, or make custard or ice cream!
I meant good idea to the carbonara, not necking them raw!
Mr Puffy wrote (see)
Yes but the white is a big part of carbonara, the idea is to stir in a beaten egg and it cooks in the residual heat of the pasta and breaks up into those little pieces. I dare you to neck them raw, Rocky style.
EW! Made me feel a bit
Rising up....up on the street....take my chances...... i'm a fighter......
Rising up... followed by retching and vomiting
I'm not sure. I went to be about 7.30 as I was feeling very sick (not eaten the eggs) and woke up to switch off lights etc (when I posted last) Debating how safe it is to eat them now.
Go for it !! NECK THEM RAW NECK THEM RAW
SF...you're mean. I've only just stopped feeling pukey.
