What can I say, to anyone racing, running or celebrating 60 years of ruling a country today -

I washed my car last night and as a result the south of England seems to have been hit by gale force winds and driving rain -

I am sorry ma'am,  runners and racers.

Hmm, no rain or strong winds here.  We have beautiful sunshine, although I will admit that it was a bit overcast first thing.
