Well, I managed to do it again yesterday - 90 secs off my Brighton PB from Feb running 1-27-06 at Kenilworth half marathon. For the first time ever I suffered nerves - slept only 4 hours from 3.30 am and felt KNACKERED at the start line. However, I relaxed and was quickly into my stride, passing 9 miles in 59-11 and keeping the pace going as I knew that would be well inside my best.

It is a slightly undulating course but nothing that I found too taxing, especially after the hill work I have been doing.

The old legs are a bit sore today though!

Congratulations, shame you didn't do Windsor you'd have put our team even higher up the rankings.

Are you doing Fleet?
