Why the hole in the middle?
Why do they have that hole?
I've just been trying to put some butties together with tuna and mayo filling and half of it has slipped down the ruddy great hole in the centre. It would be far easier if it wasn't there - what's the point of it eh??
I've tried doing the spread the filling around the circle approach and while that helped a bit I still lost quite a bit of it, and anyway it's way more fiddly than necessary.
Because if it didn't have a hole, then it would be a bread roll?
Here's a whole lot of info about bagels if you are really interested.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bagel
Why do sea-gulls fly over the sea?
Because if they flew over the bay they would be bagels!
