I LOVE the idea. Would find it difficult to take a weekend break so far away from the Midlands during university term time as I teach all day on Fridays this year and can't take a day off then - but would be up for weekends of 13th December - 10th January, Eastertime, or after 2nd May. Or anything within 100 miles of Brum.
Count me out of the yoga please. I'd rather do extra intervals. In fact, I'd rather break stones with a chain around my ankles.

Hey Velo, yoga is not all mantras and loincloths! It is actually jolly good! but if you do prefer stone breaking with chains (hmmm, kinky!), well, good luck!!!!!!!!!!
(oooo, working on a chain gang!)

Yoga is uncomfortably close to "religions" which I am culturally unequipped to make sense of, and to the vile alternative "health" industry (in claiming health benefits which it cannot deliver). And Geri Halliwell endorses it and the gym-bunny mummies do it.
But each to his own.

Try it
It can be all of those things that you mention, but is also a bloody good workout
And it includes ALL fitness levels
It does depend on the individual class though

Life's too short to waste doing exercise classes that I don't fancy doing (it's difficult enough trying to make time for the ones I DO want to do) and have deeply held ethical doubts about. So I shall not take your medicine on this occasion, doc.
