.... who trained whilst working and got top 10 in FLM years back..... what was her name? Why can't I remember?? She was my inspiration for a long time! I'm ashamed of myself....

yes Tracey Morris - the optician - she knocked an hour off her time

but there was also the Devon girl who i think came second one year

she ran for Torbay ac

LOL. Tracey Morris. Quite amusing when we found out that she used to be a good runner when she was a kid, so not quite 'out of nowhere'. Too late by then though...
