Maybe they should change tactics and delete the people who complain rather than the people who generate the complaints. Complaints would fall rapidly. Living Social did that with me and now I don't complain about being ripped off for a massage with them any more.

I complained to Katie that the thread was defaming me and infringed my rights under the European Human Rights act, and so she apologised and removed the thread.
