That sounds fabulous B - the private safari tours will be great i'm sure. Hope the weather stays nice for you.

I'M ON HOLIDAY ... YIPPPEEEEEE

Sorry, but I am a bit chuffed about it.  Still loads to do but it will happen.

The safari thing sounds fantastic B.  I'd love to do something like that.  Just read STs blog about her day on the Orient Express.  There are some amazing days out ... I will have to start dropping hints.

Lush gives me a headache after about 10 seconds but Jo Mal I can stand for about 5 mins.  How people work in these places I don't know.  I bought a maxi dress when I was away last week but I am a bit iffy about it as I look like I am on castors.  Think it'll be ok abroad but not convinced I would wear it here.

I need to get ironing and packing but I am too flumped ... maybe if I had some dins.

I've had a busy day attending a seminar related to keeping my knowledge up to date for when I go back to work.  Then had coffee with a friend who I havne't seen for a while, then had a lovely dip in the river with another friend who I haven't seen for a while.

Shame this good weather isn't going to last much longer.

Those day trips that people have planned sound lovely.  I might have to bookmark them for the future.

Sounds like you had a nice day SC.

Yay to holidays TP. I have read STs blog before, but i didn't bookmark the linky thing - have you got it TP, cos i'd like to read about her Orient Express trip too.

Dinner with something sweet after it will perk you up ready to pack. Then you can chill out with a nice glass of SB. Are you off to Norfolk tomorrow?

Yay to holidays TP Where are you going? I've forgotten, but it's not the Russian/Boat one is it, that's in June. I can hardly believe it is almost April ...I am loving this weather.
Swimming in the river with a friend sounds so idyllic Caz, like being one of the Famous Five (I always imagined doing stuff like that when I read those books as a child)

It is a beautiful spot inside a country park with swans and kayakers as the only other water users.

OK, where did  you put the laptop rucksack which I use for all my electronic bits and pieces?  Tried the box room but no sign, which one of you had it last?

Norfolk this time B

If I was one of the kayakers I'd be scared to swim there, direction was never my strong point.  Fantastic on a warm day though.

It has been located in the understairs cupboard

Have a lovely time TP
We have no no packing (of course) there will be time tomorrow morning ... I suspect some of the other guests will dress for the evening and so on, but we will be travelling light, it's only one night and the animals won't mind

I have never seen an animal in a DJ yet, except in Disney films. You have a great time too. Do not bring back any furry souvenirs and mine where you put your feet
