KK, I think that is your personal opinion and not necessarily representative of the majority of people on the forum.  Parts of it flourish and there are a lot of people who are happy with how the forums are.

Most of those who aren't happy have already left as the forum has evolved into something different from what they now want, or maybe it is the wants of those people that has changed.

I see no need for a plant to change the forum into anything else.  Its too late to try to bring back disgruntled people and those that are here must be happy otherwise they would have left too

I know kk.  Maybe I've got a sense of humour failure tonight.  Just got some bad news that has knocked the stuffing out of me

Funnily enough I have heard of a certain publicly funded corporation's website journalist who have been briefed to "open up" online debates.

Is DF a journalist? What sort of stuff does he write?
20/04/2013 at 08:39
Cinders, no df3 is not a journalist. He's in IT.

In my opinion, He's something ending in ...nt, an annoying, immature little shit, a WUM, knows f*** all about running, probably even less about human beings and a whole lot of other things. Oh he works in IT you say? But I don't think he's a plant.

Lol @ Graeme. Think you are slightly wrong there.
20/04/2013 at 08:55
Maybe so, maybe but it's the impression that I get.

I may not agree with everything he says but he does start some interesting debate and using vulgar terms to describe him doesn't sit right with me.
I think he is also quite open to admit that he isn't the worlds best runner but has been quite willing to admit when he has messed up in a race.

I thought kk had taken on the role on behalf of RW, so why would we need DF3?
20/04/2013 at 11:03

vulgar terms? Maybe not.   Interesting debates... yes - of course he adds some colour.

But also, there was a guy who started a thread, clearly in a state of depression... at a real low... and DF3 chose to take the piss.

That, for me, is the measure of the man.

I'd say that means he fits in marvellously on this site

i quite like the fact he ruffles a few feathers here and there!

lets face it, theres only so much you can discuss about running anyway.

To call him all these names is pointless and could be considerd bullying and doesnt make you any more a better person.

I initially read that title as DF3 is a PLANK.

Can't say he's registered on my radar but given the reactions he seems to ellicit, his ego must be in low orbit by now.

ahh like a double bluff. you could be right.

I'm always right.   but sadly this isn't real life.  which is a shame because I kind of like the ears and the hotpants.

Hi Jindalee,

I don't want to get into too much dirty linen.  But it was pretty inhuman, dangerously irresponsible, and just for a cheap laugh.  I think they cazzed that one too - to which I'd say well done mods.

good luck to them, hope someone wins.
