Whilst out running tonight a white van stops and a guy leans out the window and shouts at me for directions. At this time I was running well and looking good for a PB. My question to you is:
1. Would you have stopped and given directions or
2. Continue with your run and just raise your hands and shrug.
3. Say "no parlez anglaise"
4. Anything else.
