You are right about the deforestation of the rainforest and jungle in the pursuit of palm oil. We holidayed in Malaysia several years ago and vast swathes of the jungle were being cleared for palm oil production. In the 1960s there were rubber plantations all along the coastal regions of the country...now just mile on mile of palm.

I'm very good at beating eggs - in fact they're the only things I can beat these days

I've been palm-oil free for a long time Cake for the reasons you and Autumn give.

... and eggs are just waste products (chickens' period effectively).  Might as well eat them if they're good for you.

Eggs are particularly good as missiles. The landing is the best bit

Most girls can't throw proper. And eggs can be eaten by veggies.

I'm good ain't I?

But ask me why a mirror reflection reverses images laterally but not vertically and I haven't a clue.

Tessa Sanderson and Fatima Whitbread could throw, wonder if they still can.
