I did healthier option my *rse they don’t want people to realise till they have changed all there products and can look good. Palm oil a major cause of deforestation and chops down a large part of the rainforest. Any move from palm oil to something else a massive good thing, at the moment the only supermarket that tried to ensure it’s palm oil free is Sainsbury. If you like your planet, please shop there. Does make me laugh the number of people try to be good and recycle but also buy lots of stuff that’s bad. They might as well be clubbing baby seals.

You are right about the deforestation of the rainforest and jungle in the pursuit of palm oil. We holidayed in Malaysia several years ago and vast swathes of the jungle were being cleared for palm oil production. In the 1960s there were rubber plantations all along the coastal regions of the country...now just mile on mile of palm.

I've been palm-oil free for a long time Cake for the reasons you and Autumn give.

... and eggs are just waste products (chickens' period effectively). Might as well eat them if they're good for you.
