This morning I exceeded my expectations and ran 10k before work, felt so good at the normal junction I decided to carry on round the loop.
I may pay for it later if I can't get a snooze in at lunch time
Bonus, it had stopped raining as well
I'll have to scroll back now.......
The hardest part of the marathon is the next morning.

Not really, they're all very kind and I am very grateful.
It's Hump Day, not sure why it's called that, maybe because it's the middle of the week.
Sleep was a little late coming last night, my mid day nap may have had something to do with it
Humd day may be my mood later
...you had a mid day nap RIPP......... i thought only Oldies did that!
Personally.................. I don't take mid day naps
I said I was tired LWJ, paid the price but last night was back to normal
