reverse the Status Quo:O)
In that case i'll get the beds changed and get the sheets out on the line.
Bloomin lovely here
Just done (walking allowed) Chester today. The day weather was lovely.
Well Done Canute.... you being a Grandpa and all that
We are talking about Chester marathon aren't we?
Sure are. If you want a well organised, wel supported, flat, on road, large entry, rural marathon... I'd recommend it.
5 hrs 5 mins a real Grandpa time eh! I stopped caring about times a few years back.
Hope you enjoy Cardiff next weekend, and you get the same lovely weather.
333, should I be standing on one leg, with one hand over my eye, or something?
I've only done two marathons in my time Paris 5.15, and London 5.08. I started running too late in the day to worry about times, i just go to complete the distance. My PB for a half is 2.11, Cardiff i'll be pleased with 2.20.
Well done on Chester Canute, can't imagine myself going that far on holiday
Nice day for ducks today though
I love duck..... had one Saturday
We had duck on friday night, delicious it was
Good going there Canute, agree with you about time, at our age it's just about getting it done that counts.

Without an ipod and a zimmer frame
I'm not sure I understand that LWJ
Or do you mean without running assistance/aides
I think I'm too young
This morning I exceeded my expectations and ran 10k before work, felt so good at the normal junction I decided to carry on round the loop.
I may pay for it later if I can't get a snooze in at lunch time
