Takes quite a bit to keep LWJ quiet, it must be good

I have a pair of Trax that are too small for my trainers, you can have them if they fit LWJ, I'll look for the size later, what size were you looking for ?

That's kind of you Gaz.  My running shoes are size 7

I think they're a medium, you can have them anyway LWJ, so just message me your address sometime and I'll post them asap.

You saying about cheap running gear i've been thinking about getting a set of Trax to attach to my shoes so i can run in the snow.   £15-£20 a pait in running shops........ £5 a pair in Farnborough town centre.

So I can run in the snow?

How did that happen?

A most unsatisfactory "0"

Ah well, back to mocking LWJ.

Farnborough or Spitzbergen?

My system is so slow!  Hence the edit!

Seriously I have lived in North Wales, which is almost "up North" for over 20 years.  yet not once have I been overpowered by the desire to run in the snow.

Now totally embarass me by saying you are running a snow marathon somewhere in aid of some fantastic charity.

I have played in the snow with grand-children, beaten snow into Persian carpets (a good way to clean them), walked up a local mountain (1500 feet), when I was younger, taken photos of front door for X mas cards, lite the fire and chilled all afternoon, sledged down the slope in the meadows, been out photographing frozen dew on the trees... but I'm sorry no running in the snow!  I did do my PB over 1/2 marathon in Feb, when it was so cold, i had to leg it to keep warm, there was ice... but not snow.  Snow is for fun.  Even in Farnborough.

Where is Farnborough?  Down South, I think?  If it's the North of Yorkshire ignore all that went before.

Sorry LWJ, were you being ironic?
