reverse the Status Quo:O)
It's still quite mild here so hot water bottle not required yet.
Quiet in here again, weekend away everyone
Had a nice interval session today. Have no events lined up, so there's no pressure to clock up the miles. Smiles .
My weekend included a long country walk in that beautiful sunshine yesterday, hills and forest close to home. Oh, yes and a late lunch at the pub! Also, picked apples off the tree in the garden and did some housework.
Apple picking Canute, thought they would be all bad at this time of year now
Rained for most of yesterday, not a nice day at all.
Today is much better, shame it's a work day
Good evening all
Morning, another bright and sunny day. I had a little run this morning to celebrate
I was going to run but decided to stay indoors and have a cup of coffee aand slice of cake instead
Bitter cold this morning, cake would have been nice LWJ, bit more notice next time

No, they are little red ones, quite sweet tasting. No idea what type they are?
They can be picked from the beginning of September, I leave them as late as poss, so they grow bigger. I store them in the basment and they survive right through to new year. I do not have green fingers!
My neighbour has an apple and pear tree, the fruit has suffered this year due to the rain.
Anyone else suffering with poor sleep recently, can't get to sleep no matter what. So tired today.
Me - but i put it down to the menopause
Me too, I think the heating is making the house a little too warm at night. OH insists on being warm during the evening, yet opens the door to let all that heat escape when she gets too warm It has to go somewhere
We recently changed from the summer quilt to a heavier and higher tog value, could be right about the heat Gaz
I've just changed our duvet to the winter one and am finding it a bit heavy.

Very few pears, I'm afraid. The birds got the cherries. But the plums weren't bad.
Got very cold hands running at 4:30 last night. Might have to take sanctuary on the treadmill at the gym!
