reverse the Status Quo:O)
I smashed the end of my radius ( Ithink.. the little one in the forearm) into pieces against the inside of my elbow when I tripped over running in the dark. Fool, i put my hand out to protect my fall. In those days I was doing 7 mm. It was not good.
I'm such a wuss, don't run in dark, don't run in cold, don't like crowds, have two months low mileage recovery... (carrying some weight mind).
Back on in January (promise!).
Still running is for fun, not a way of life (discuss).
Go for an ooh!
Glad I didn't "give" that to LWJ.
