You pay £5 to enter, you then "exercise" everyday in January. For every day you don't manage to "exercise" you pay a £1 fine.
"exercise" is not very controlled, can be anything from a walk to full on gym work/running etc.
Everything we "donate" goes to the appeal. The fines are limited to a max of £10 I think it was (could be less) and as I say, Its not monitored.
I believe that 130 people have signed up to do it, it's only for fun and something to do.

That sounds like a pretty good fundraiser, something which is fun.
