I've said this before.

I like running outside...

but not in the dark, not in the cold, not in constant rain.

At the moment my running is in a mess, I've not got over the recovery November month, the lengthy family visit across Devember and Christmas (not that I'm complaining).  I got a chesty cold mid Jan and have piled on weight since October.

My chest is clear now.  Days are longer.  No more excuses.  Feb should be good.

My chest is ok...... It's my waistline that's the problem

I've had asthma since my teens... brochial infections and alergic reaction based: pollen, dust etc.

Colds go to my chest and stay there, can make it hard to breath.

Exercise makes me stronger.

So long as I don't run through pollen clouds!

early May and I'm back in the gym, I'm afraid!
