How was your run last night LWJ

Not too bad Gaz.  I'm still struggling, but i am getting out there.  I have returned my London place so no big panic now.

I don't do treadmill Canute.  I just can't, not even with a TV on right in front of it.

That's a shame LWJ, have you applied to assist instead again

It's bitter cold out this evening, proper biting wind.

Yes i have RIPP, that's why i made the decision to give the place back and not defer it.

I leave for work in the dark (ish) and get back just in time to walk the dog.  It is so wet and muddy here at present, that I can't run the dog.  So I go to the gym later.  I get to do a cycle MACHINE too.

the river is flooding right across the meadows.

I have run 20 miles + on treadmill, high teens quite often, when training.

If you've got an LSR you have to do, and no dailight/weather...

It just gets done.

Also, good for the mental discipline needed for your event.

I have free access to two gyms at work. I'll get you to sponsor me on the treadmill.

I've said this before.

I like running outside...

but not in the dark, not in the cold, not in constant rain.

I know you have, i just admire you for being able to do it.

At the moment my running is in a mess, I've not got over the recovery November month, the lengthy family visit across Devember and Christmas (not that I'm complaining).  I got a chesty cold mid Jan and have piled on weight since October.

My chest is clear now.  Days are longer.  No more excuses.  Feb should be good.
