Who reckons CT will get the chop after this series? She has to! Public reaction to her as the new assistant has been awful.

Thankfully I never watched the CT show, so can't relate her to her other characters, but I don't think she's a good actor, and her voice annoys me even more the Billy Piper's. Oh dear Lord, please let's not have them both in the same series. I can't take it!

I was really disappointed in last night's show. Hope the rest of the series won't be so bad. Just what did they think they were doing with those silly things born from fat. Certainly didn't live up to the usual Dr Who.

i was prepared to give Castherine Tate a go but after only 2 episodes I've had enough she is naff.

She isn't playing the part that well and her acting ability seems to be simply playing the parts she plays in her series at some point in this series she will now doubt say *AM I BOVVERED" At that point something will get thrown at the TV.

Get rid after this series and either cast someone new for the 3 specials planned for 2009 or reintroduce previous cast members.

Robert Carlyle I heard - he'd be good!! On GMTV this morning they suggested Stephen Fry - perhaps not a sex pot, but he'd make a great Doctor. I think they'd do well to go down a different route like that now. I also see that Richard Davies is standing down so that might change the face of it too.

I hope its not James Nesbitt. He's just James Nesbitt in anything he's in. Daniel Radcliffe is too young. Doc has to be wise. Alan Davies would be an interesting one. Wonder when they'll tell us.
