Jetlagged back from NY this am.
Really tired. At work for a few mins. The Weekend was fab, great run, delighted to see that you were tracking my progress. It's really cool that. Felt brilliant having broken the 4 and getting the PB. But spent 1/2 hour in the medical tent afterwards trying to warm up. It was very very cold. I was shaking so much I was almost carried to the tent. Wimp!

I see operation baa was a success. Ok, I'm going to start ranting on unless I get home to sleep. Talk Soon!

RichK: Welcome on board.
Snicks: Will reply once sorted out.
Legs, Sarcy and anyone else that sent well wishes, Thanks.

Well done Ray we were thinking of you and the interest in Connemara has definitely built in your absence.

Sweet dreams and look forward to hearing of your experience in NY.
