Yep, a good time had by one and all. Not being a fully qualified nutter I wimped out and doubled back at Minnis Bay, via a bacon baguette and coffee at the cafe on the prom, and clocked up just under 17 by the time I got to Birchington Station, so I am quite happy with that.

You are right Andy a fantastic morning spent in lovely company. Thanks for a great morning people, I really enjoyed it. Got home, enjoyed the tuna sandwich and then had a 45 minute snooze, you can imagine how popular I am in the Stokes household!. I feel better now and am ready for a few drinkies this evening!!!!!!

Hi guys had a great time this morning thanks. It was great company and even those who took the short route, you know who you are, did brilliantly (P.S. thats not you Bill ) A special mention to Bill 17 miles ! thats great running. And Cliff you are a legend doing 27 miles with a hangover.

Took the dog for a walk and had a lovely bag of chips for Lunch and have spent the afternoon feet up getting totally stressed watching the numpties who are England Rugby team throwing away the match. Oh well of out for a chineese tonight just hope I can stay awake.

Hope you meal goes well Bo-bo see you all again soon. Shall we run it the other way round next time ?
