I think its a bit of an extreme alternative for those guys who don't have the bottle to go in for the "snip". By the way, what kind of examinations do you have to pass to become a "sperm expert"?
30/06/2009 at 17:14

Do you need O levels I wonder

And talking of the snip its not the snip its the Snip'S in plural and hurts like hell when done on the NHS and the butcher (surgeon) starts cutting before the local has properly take effect

I always thought that W****r was a sperm expert!

Forget chat about tempo runs and thresholds, the last comment is what this forum is all about

I had mine done by a lady doctor and nurse and I have to say they did a very good job of it, they were very professional and only laughed quietly!

Ha ha CB - Mark's doctor was quite indignant when refusing to let me watch!

Anyway think there might be a LSR on Saturday - Whitstable to Birchington if any one is up for it?

Me! As long as we don't discuss a certain visit I made to a surgery in the Canterbury area!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CF - will check with Barbara and Anna tomorrow night and I can pick you up on my way through if you like - I know you'd said you might run on to Ramsgate so you won't need to worry about your car.

I shall be resting on Saturday and carbloading for Sunday's little jaunt so wont be joining the Saturday morning crew this week
01/07/2009 at 13:28
MF7 - do both!
01/07/2009 at 13:50

LOL Doosan I had thought about that but given the likely hot weather for Sunday I think I should be sensible and anyway I think its a "Girls day out run" they only let me join them the other week as a promised to carry all their drinks

Doosan the AA recons 1.50 travel time for Sunday so I recon we should look to leave at 07.00 to allow for pit stops on route and plenty of faffing time when we get there?

Oh no 2 early mornings and at a weekend   And its not girls only - CF is joining us!!
