JFDI Chestfield station is no problem. That petrol station, Texaco, opposite the station where Mark picked up me the day we went up to FLM would be perfect. It is on the old Thanet Way.

And I got my "Come and Join Us" from VLM. Mind you, it was kinda guaranteed as it was my 5th ballot entry and when they stopped the 5th one and you are in guarantee, they did say that anybody already in the system would be unaffected. OMG does that mean lots of long runs over the winter and the joys of the Thanet 20 miler?

Sharon/Ed Looking forward to Sittingbourne with some trepidation as I had another sh*tty run today. was trying to make it my last long run before Amsterdam but ending up virtually walking. Hoping Sittingbourne is not quite a warm as today as I could be doing with getting a good run under my belt before I start to taper.

Congrats to all those who got VLM entries and also to those who did not get in and were also happy about it

Andy weve got that planning meeting scheduled next Friday over a beer and a curry (all fellow traccies welcome to join us) so we can formulate a plan for you then ive got some initial thoughts

Can I just say a big thank you to everybody for your company yesterday, especially Steve for the lift. Yes, it was blooming hot but fortunately the course had more shade than I was expecting.
