I might come out for the short one I don't do long runs - far too much like hard work and anyway, it wears my shoos out!

Just in from a fantastic 2 hours running around our local trails and hills which is why Gatliff is so tempting.

it wouldn't be the Thanet 10 if it wasn't blowing an absolutely hoolie. Make it a great race (as always) folks... I shall be enjoying hobnobbing with the good people of Kent LDWA.
