I'm doing that one too Bill. The start time was the attraction for me - otherwise it's most of the day gone if it's a late morning start !!

Its a lovely course - bit of a large F*** off hill near the end but the medals used to be really lovely!

Gavin. Nice to see you too, and very nearly a top 20 finish I see. It was a hell of a crowd on Saturday with 140 there and I see that three who finished just behind me all got PBs, so that's good. The pacing does seem to increase the number of PBs.

I have just looked at the Darenth Valley website and I see there are eight of us doing the 10k on Sunday. I think I will be running with my eyes half shut as I have never entered a race which starts at 8.30 am before.
