Radio 4's "The Food Programme"
The Food Programme on Sunday about the medical advantages of fasting a couple of days each week was interesting to listen to (duration of broacast: 24 minutes).
Unfortunately the medical content was combined with a heavy dose of religious content.
The medical content suggests there are definite advantages for the body in fasting a few days each week.
There's four days left to listen again to the programme. Click on the listen button on the webpage to hear the broadcast.
Is this the same type of things as the 5:2 diet covered by Michael Mosley on either Horizon/Panorama?
