Panna Cotta. Cranachan.

Can't spell either of these properly. One's italian, one's scottish. Both are heavenly.

gooseberry crumble

chocolate pudding

both the above with custard

home made (by Mrs S) rice pudding topped with Olde English marmalade - brings out the Seville orange taste exquisitely

raspberries and clotted cream

chocolate brownie with hot sauce and icecream - as mentioned above

hokey pokey icecream - vanilla icecream with bits of honeycomb-type stuff inside - best eaten out of the tub with a tea spoon...

Agree with SB: skins on milk puds are delicious. I always ended up with tons of skin at school dinners. Custard skin was the best.
