T'would be lovely to banter with you, but I have a plane to catch at 11, and have to leave the house shortly. Will try and log on at a cafe later.

Meanwhile, is that the worst you lot can do? That's nearly as insipid as the quality of football played by the teams you profess to follow!!

Oh BK, poor you! I quite like the antique shops in Chelsea and Chelsea buns but I'm not sure about their football team. Don't be too nice to the Dog - he isn't really a rap artist you know. Running's going well thanks. Managed 20 miles last week and feeling stronger. Am going to work on bettering my time for the 10k for the next 3 weeks (I only need to increase my speed by .5kph and I'll easily get below that darned 60 minute barrier!) Have you got anything lined up before Brighton?

Hey Caz, I got Southampton (do they have a football team?), could have been worse (if you get my meaning!).

BK, where's Marlow - is it Bucks? Is that a 10k or 1/2? Good luck any way. I'm looking for something in December too, just to keep my legs in. BTW, I've applied for the FLM, did you? Apologies to the pensioners (although they do loiter on the Kings Road sometimes which can be tiresome when you're rushing between shops!)

Now about this football stuff - BK you will have to give Snoopy lots of stick on Sunday!
