Favorite: Nettle and Blackberry.

Weirdest: many peculiar ones. What about Pear and Guava?

It is a plant that orginally came from America. It is a bit like camomile but less like grass clipings. In French it is called
verveine

Favourite: Twinings peach and passionfruit.
Hate: Anything that claims to have any sort of herbs in it.
Hurl at sight of: Anything that's green and smells of wet vegetation, especially in the morning.

Had some tea made from coca leaves when I was in S. America, very nice it was too. But for some strange reason I can't seem to find it in Tesco's ;-)

Fave hot drink: hot water with a few thin slices of fresh ginger and a touch of honey. Just great at any time of day..... think I might just have one now!!

Happy Shambler!

Current fav: Chai with milk and sugar - odd as I'm usually black no sugar

Weirdest: In Sumatra I had "jungle tea" which was, er, bits of stuff scraped up off the floor of the jungle mixed with hot water. Like a compost heap in a mug.

Good luck to all you lot racing this w/end. Hope the leg is OK Tim and that MartinH's cold is better. (not relevant to this thread, but I'm off now...)

Fave: Tea (unspecified), preferably brown with milk.

Least fave: Anything that pretends to be tea but tastes like a florists or fruitmongers.

St John's wart tea - yuck!

p.s. Barkles, what's with the picture?

Barkles has upset a seagull.

I think you mean St John's Wort, truly his wart tea would have been vile.

I'm an Ovaltinee, me.

When I was a student, I remember going round to a mate's house, and the three of them were sat on the sofa, shaking uncontrollably. It turned out that they'd been shopping and bought ten different types of tea. And then drank them all in the space of an hour or so. Caffeine overdose, anyone?
