Fair ? what have you got to go on ? recent training times ? 10k or other race times ? are you disabled in anyway (apart from mentally ) before anyone says that

Actually its all a tactic to not do too great a time otherwise Ive got nowhere to go, whereas I run say  1:47 in a couple of weeks, then say a 1:40 flat a month later, you'll all be like WTF, he must be brilliant .......... bwhahahaa .........

Remember some of us havent been running for years like you lot.

Im thinking about a trip up to Stonehenge to see him finish his first full marathon. I can combine it with a long run.

Well last year the winner took 3 hours! (2 hours 56 to be exact), so its not exactly going to be a VLM walk in the park.

I notice on the General Running board there is someone selling his Reading half place. Anyone tempted? I might go down for the day and pace DF3.
