Its funny watching him run with the kenyans. I wouldnt take him on in a fight. He looks pretty handy.

Hardly a brick shithouse though.

And why not use a proper S in the title?

I think he he and Ryan Hall have physical similarities.

I've often thought this. I ran in the Richmond Running Festival 10k last year, in which Chris Thompson finished first and Andy Vernon second. They more or less strolled round in just over 30 minutes, but the difference in their physiques was striking. Spoke to Chris after the race: ever such a nice guy.

Well I dont know what kind big guys you hang around with there KK, but hes pretty big to me. He could easily slot into a rugby match no problem.

As Greg Davies said about Claire Balding - looks like she could handle herselfe in a pub fight.

I wonder how much better AV would be if he wasn't built like a brick shithouse.

Andy Vernon is a little thick set for a long distance runner, but not overly so. Mr I must be an actual letter I if he thinks that normal sized blokes are huge.

Maybe its because he actually....errrr... you know, goes out and trains (and eats Quorn mince obviously). As Mo says, eat right, train hard..... lots.
