I reckon my running, my healthy diet, and my current health levels all mean I'm fairly confident of being in decent nick for the next ten years, so guaranteeing good health for 10 years doesn't have that much value to me.
However, financial security for life is probably something I will never truly have (at least not as I define it - which means not having to think about money as a consideration)......
As such, I would take a risk and go for the financial security for life, as long as there wasn't anything in the small print that said I had be unwell for the next ten years....
