a 15 min half PB in the second half of a marathon is pretty amazing really
its obviously the way forward.......run the first half really slowly then set a massive pb in the second half
Where is the "Brighton Marathon 2014"thread, its a good 24hours since the 2013 race ended....
over to you Tommy.....
Not me FB, I've done Brighton and its also got to expensive and having to make two trips there to pick up number CBA with it.
I ran a 10k on Saturday with an 11second negative split. I'd be very impressed if i could manage a 36minute negative split in a marathon. Suggests she was either an incredibly good runner who was sandbagging, or chip timings were bollocksed, or she ducked under a barrier and shaved off a few miles in the second half.
Millsy.its been done before.....
shame for david that his marathon is point to point............but i suppose there is always a bus
